He is the Managing Partner of AMAJ with 36 years experience in business advisory services, Audit assurance services, ERP business process consulting and system implementations. He is also a director of JDNT consulting PVT LTD.

He has been in continuous practice since 1992 and partner of JDNT and Associates since 2008. He is an expert in Company Audit, Secretarial practice and internal audit.

An Alumni of SRCC Delhi, he is a Senior consultant with over 4 years experience handling tax compliance, statutory audit and business advisory services with AMAJ, prior to which he was working with JDNT & Associates.

He is a CPA and CMA with over 5 years experience in internal audit, business consulting and tax compliance. He is a Senior consultant handling VAT compliance services in UAE for over 4 years. Before relocating to the UAE, he was working with JDNT and Associates.
